The WTF award goes to former NFL player Napoleon Harris — who just ran for the State Senate, hasn’t even been sworn in yet, and is now running for Congress. Will a crazy-ass vote split place Halvorson in? Who knows. But one thing is for sure: Bobby Rush’s advice telling everyone to “cool their jets” has been completely ignored.
