Though Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr still remains on the ballot for an election 48 days from now, a home owned by him and his wife Sandi, located at O Street in Washington DC near DuPont Circle is suddenly listed as on the market. The home was listed for sale just one day after Rep Jackson was released from the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota on September 7.
Rep. Jackson has not returned to work on Capitol Hill yet. Jackson is listed ad being a participant this week for the Congressional Black Caucus’ annual legislative conference. But no one expects that Jackson, 47, will attend any of the conferences activities.

Is the house being up for sale a sign he may resign from Congress? No one yet knows. Jackson is the most senior CBC member on the powerful House Appropriations Committee.
