So far all media reports indicate that Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr may be headed for prison. This would result from a plea deal reportedly being worked on as a result of allegedly misusing campaign funds.
Whatever the case the plea deal comes after Jackson was re-elected last week. The 113rd Congress begins on January 3rd.
