BUT CAN THEY WIN? Talk about media creations. Once again this has to be noted: There were 32 black Republican candidates in volved in Congressional races across the country back on May of this year. Now it has all come down to three people. Three. They are Tim Scott in South Carolina, Ryan Frazier in Colorado and Allen West in Florida. That’s it. Those are the three who suppositly represent a “wave” of black Republican candidates. Of the three Tim Scott is all but sure to win. Frazier and West? Who knows. When it all shakes out there may be only one left standing from the 32 mentioned during the summer.
