Hopefull,Senator Tim Scott,will have a positive impact on the[5]Committee Assignments for The 113th Congress,especially for African Americans and Latinos…However,a true test for Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina,will come in[2014],when he will have to Run to Complete the final Two Years of Mr.Demints Term…If he Win,he will to Run Again,in[2016] for a Full[6]year term…The Question is will Whites vote for a Black Candidate…Black South Carolina will Not be Drawned to Mr.Scott.
