White births are no longer a majority in the United States.
The minority is now the majority. Whites in America will no longer be in the majority in the next generation.
The Washington Post: Although minorities make up about 37 percent of the U.S. population, the District and four states are majority minority — California, Hawaii, New Mexico and Texas.
Imagine what this will mean in thirty years when the children born today begin to take control in terms of political power. Anyone wondering what all the voter ID and voter suppression laws are relly about need only look at the above statistics.
But at some point, there will be no stopping or denying the numbers and what they will mean for the United States in the next generation.
