Rep. Hank Johnson + the Prez
Today President Obama, in an endless series of campaign-like stops, will be in the congressional district of Rep. Chaka Fattah. I say he spends too much time on the road and secretly misses the adulation of a campaign stop BUT this is a fun time for the Congressional Black Caucus. Last week Rep. Hank Johnson of Georgia was on Air Force One. This week two more members of the CBC will be hanging with the President. This is a big change from last year when the level of direct communication between President Obama and members of the CBC was limited.
Great. President Obama is trying to forge a goodwill working relationship with the Congressional Black Caucus.It’s a start!
